JOB PURPOSE:

  • Implement Sales and Aftersales marketing programs to generate footfall and increase revenue.
  • Maintaining processes and associated systems set up to ensure business continuity.  
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Aftersales team to deploy programs within agreed timescales.
  • Monitoring and analysis of tactical / redemption program performance.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specify the output required from the job. Identify not more than 7 Key Accountabilities & their performance indicators. NB-Focus on outcomes, not tasks

Collect and analysis data. Prepare presentations to explain findings and conclusions from research, to support proposed programs.

Deliver Sales and Aftersales marketing programs by

- Creating process flow and SOP.

- Setting up the systems.

- System testing ensures all issues are identified and resolved before release.

- Maintaining systems to ensure business consistency

- Provide support to Branches/vendors for any operational questions.  

- Liaising with internal suppliers (Brand Team, IT, MIS, Network, etc) and partners (Banks, redemption, platforms etc)

-Monitor and report on the department KPIs and the program performance. Prepare program performance reviews

-Operational reasonability for the delivery of all Sales and Aftersales programs so ensure the achievement of all the defined objectives.

 

JOB CONTEXT:

The role will be a key player in setting the grounds for Sales and aftersales programs, by liaising with a different stakeholder of another department, ensuring a smooth program implementation, proposing counter actions if required based on PDCA analysis and maintain the programs

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in sales and business administration

Minimum Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role

UAE/GCC experience essential

Job-Specific Skills:

Time management and work to deadlines

Can work on own initiative

Good analytical skills & comfortable dealing with figures

Good communication skills

SAP knowledge and ability to work on new systems

Behavioral Competencies:
