Prime Content Testing Specialist at Amazon – UAE
Job Description:
· Develop a holistic strategy to drive KPIs across customer cohorts
· Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (driving an experimentation calendar, monitoring metrics, creating campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
· Build and execute plans and programs to deliver that strategy at scale
· Analyze initiatives and programs and their impact on business results
· Act as liaison with a range of external and internal partners to support their initiatives/ provide visibility into team priorities, performance and roadmap
Job Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree
· Track record of performance excellence
· Comfort with basic statistical concepts
· Ability to think strategically, while staying on top of execution details
· Project management skills, experience working with and executing marketing strategy
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in managing a range of performance marketing programs
- Aptitude with basic SQL queries
