Why you'll love this job

• ​This job is a member of the Integrated Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
• ​Responsible for providing technical and analytical support to the Supply Chain organization with emphasis on the component repair cycle.

What you'll do

• Provides technical and analytical support to Commodity Managers making sourcing decisions
• Provides technical support for warranty dispute resolution, component work scope evaluation, shop capabilities, and shop capacities
• Periodically will work on-site at the vendor’s facilities to monitor production to ensure our critical timelines are met
• Acts as liaison with Base Maintenance production and Supplier management to support the IRAN process
• Performs material and labor consumption audits on out-sourced component repair/ overhaul activity as required
• Provides technical advice on components deemed Beyond Economical Repair (BER)

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Valid A&P license and/or bachelor's degree in engineering
• 2 years experience in a technical or analytical capacity

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​MBA

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• ​Strong analytical skills
• Ability to travel as required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
