Job Description
The job entails over-all management of the building, ensuring that facilities are safe and fully operational. It also requires close coordination and excellent working relationship with the third-party maintenance providers. Role also includes supervision of tasks related to building and facilities maintenance; cleaning and security; work safety methods. Ensuring that employees work in a comfortable environment, devoid of any sort of discomforts at work would be the main goal as well.
Main domain of work is in the following areas:
- Contract Management Works
- Infrastructure /Building Management
- Office Cleaning
- Space management
- Health and Workplace Safety
- Security
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Having over 4 years of work experience on the same role
- Understanding of Building Operations and knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Procurement and negotiation skills
