The Ancillary & Distribution Development team is responsible for the development of ancillary products and the point-of-contact with Digital/Merch for delivery of products to the market to ensure we can sell, fulfill and price ancillaries and bundles across channels. The team is also responsible for availability & sell initiatives, making sure that we are set up to most effectively leverage our pricing and yield strategies across partners. This includes driving efforts such as distributed availability, seamless integrations, bid price exchange, modified O&D, and development of SSI initiatives to protect our inventory and keep us competitive.

What you'll do
  • Partner with Sales, Distribution, IT & Alliances on development of distributed availability, codeshare infrastructure (seamless, bid price exchange, modified OD) and SSI initiatives (point-of-commencement)
  • Partner with Merchandising Strategy, Customer Experience and other Commercial teams on development of technology to sell, fulfill and price ancillaries and bundles
  • Develop, enhance & maintain ancillary reporting
  • Leads effort to develop tools for business users when interacting with ancillary products
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 2 years work experience in data analysis role
  • Experience in drawing insights from complex data sources and explaining those insights in business friendly terms

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Master’s degree with significant coursework or experience in a quantitative discipline (economics, mathematics, engineering, finance, etc.)
  • SQL query writing ability

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with software programs used in conducting quantitative analysis (SAS, R, Tableau, PowerPivot, etc.)
  • Ability to develop and adhere to timelines, manage projects with minimal supervision, and work well in team environment
  • Ability to take action through intelligent risk taking, innovation and entrepreneurship
  • Ability to travel to meet with key internal and external stakeholders if necessary
