Job Description:

The EIC Product Integration Manager is the Global Reference Portal (GRP) and Abacus expert designated to work with EIC Business Unit Product Managers to achieve the Product Integration into the Global Reference Portal (GRP) and subsequently Abacus. The EIC Product Integration Manager is supporting business transformation based on the catalogue concept covering design, delivery and support of Product and Services for Orange Business Services in an effective manner. The role covers all products in the EIC Business Unit portfolio with the initial focus on those Products used in the French market
In this context the PIM is required to support Product Managers, Project Managers, Operations, Finance and Pricing communities to ensure adherence and optimal usage of the catalogue and the effective transition to Abacus as the sole Pricing Tool for Orange Business Services

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Very good knowledge of the overall portfolio and strong knowledge products owned by the EIC BU.
Define customer journey and product description in line with market needs (standard commercial view)
Share and communicate the governance model with roles, responsibilities, process for management of the catalogue for creation and update of new Product and Services.
Build recommendation and guide lines for the EIC Business Unit.
Be the EIC BU (France) representative at the “Catalogue Change & Advisory Board”.
Good knowledge of transversal products from Enterprise Services.
Animate forums, communication campaigns, training for the catalogue concept, Abacus pricing.
Good knowledge of the generic OBS Service Catalogue and France QTB chain
