Manager, Demand and Supply at Orange

Location: Nasr City

Job Description:

1. Define the supply planning, integrating forecasts and operational constraints, establish the strategy of supply according to the various constraints, and ensure the relation with the suppliers and the buyers.
2. Elaborate the demand forecast in collaboration dep. of Marketing, Sales, Finance and keep this plan updated by verifying frequently the integrity of forecast assumptions.
3. Organize and manage the team, provide them achievable objectives, measure their performance, implement training path.
4. Validate the coherence of supply management plans according to commercial estimations, in addition to forecast of demand.
5. Analyze the stock level and movement, current level and trend and propose necessary correction actions to ensure optimal balance between the level of stocks vs. The availability of products)
6. Implement performance indicators, for analysis of supplier delivery performance, level and quality of stock, availability of products in the central warehouse and, in general, all supply flow; Propose actions for improvement and  optimization performance.
7. Builds the Quarter Forecasting Action Plan (Demand Planning  Roadmap), presents, justifies and follows-up the proposed actions in approval committee for the domains under his responsibility.
8. Coordinate transversal information process, between Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales / Technology, on updated status of shipment from suppliers, analysis on demand trend and inventory levels in central WH. and overall distribution network.
9. Manage SIM & Scratch cards preparation, packaging and expedition to all channels.
10. Analyze the Stock quality in the Warehouse and develop required Shredding process for obsolete, returned  and damaged stocks on regular bases for warehouse to ensure ongoing  clearance and fraud minimization.
11. Distribute weekly, monthly performance reports, comments for deviation and propose actions for improvement and optimization.

Job Requirements:

         Education:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Engineering/ Economics.
• MBA or certificates in the field of Operation and Supply chain (CSCP. MRP, PMP ) is an asset.
  
  Relevant Experience:
  
• 6-8  years of command  experience  in the field of Supply Chain , Planning , Logistics, preferably telecom industry in a mid to big size organization.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

1. Excellent Command of English and Arabic, additional Language is a plus.
2. Excellent  Analytical , Interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong ability in managing different departments around a project.
4. Excellent planning and organization skills.
5. Excellent Negotiation and communication skills with internal customers and external suppliers.
6. Strong capacity to liaise easily with multicultural environment.
7. Ability to manage and control  Critical situation aspects.
