Role Objective :

Responsible for Showroom Inventory(0% discrepancy), control inventory levels( < than 40days sales budget), control stock ageing ( < 90days), customer deliveries

(0% Complaints), and Replenishments of shop floors (100%), attend minimum 2 self-development program, Achieve individual Sales budget and ensure Customer Service Excellence(100% DSES scores)

Primary Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

- Provide excellent customer service by Greeting, Assisting & Advising customers in their selection and decision-making

- Providing enjoyable & memorable shopping experience. Responsible for ensuring 100% scores in DSES

- Achieve individual sales budgets

Showroom Store Operations

- Timely Customer Deliveries and coordinate with warehouse/ showrooms/ H.O for stocks requirements

- Responsible for all stockroom operational activities including shipping, receiving, deliveries, coordination with inter showroom, warehouse & product managers for replenishments.

- Documentation of showroom stock related activities like goods inward/ outward movements and stock audits

- Sloc wise distribution of Goods on approval and existing stocks at showrooms in SAP

- Ensure safety precautions are taken while storing stocks and implement Pilferage Controls measures

- Receives and inspects all incoming items, as to quality & quantity and reconciles with purchase orders - Timely PGI of Goods

- Prepares purchase orders, reports and documents stock damages and discrepancies on orders received

- Unpacking & packing of incoming and outgoing goods

- Organize stocks ensuring safety measures both for protection of employee & stock health

- Process returns of cancelled and damaged items back to vendors/ warehouse or supports clearance at special rates as appropriate.

- Keep track of Repair Items sent to service center, follow up regularly and ensure timely collection of items repaired

- Monitor showroom ageing of stocks not to exceed 90days and maintains inventory levels not to exceed 40days of showroom budget

- Monitor & Supervise helpers daily activities and support colleagues in all activities

Self-Development

- Attend training programs for self-development in terms of gaining additional knowledge & skills

Organizational Relationships

Reports functionally to the Showroom Manager. Supports and assists Showroom Manager and Assistant Showroom Supervisor in relation to stock replenishments. Coordinates with Retail Manager, Buying & Product management teams for relevant activities.
