Job Description:
- Lead the Process Engineering standardization at site to achieve the standards set by the Global & Regional Manufacturing Engineering team.
- Implement best practice process engineering processes at the site working together with Lean Enterprise to drive a continuous improvement culture in engineering.
- Supported by the Regional ME/ Process Engineering and Operations Team, you will work to implement Process Engineering standards and guidelines across the site.
- Work in the project teams on all new installation and changes to engineering processes to ensure best practice and safe engineering are installed.
- Highlight and initiate improvement projects in process engineering to reduce costs and increase efficiency at sites.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing or Production Engineering
Relevant Experience:
- We are looking for a driven individual with 5+ years of experience in the area of Process Engineering
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Knowledgeable in CAD or AutoCAD skills
- Experienced with process simulation
- Demonstrated analytical and leadership skills
