ROLE PURPOSE:

To ensure a smooth payroll process.  Job holder will have ownership of processing the current employees’ salaries into the system in a timely manner.

 

KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description of the Accountability

 

  • Review and calculate the monthly payroll variables for the real estate, retail and insurance businesses within the group in Egypt
  • Entry of all monthly payroll variables on SAP.
  • Create monthly payroll reports (Salary sheets, Bank Sheets, Social Insurance Report, and Taxation Report).
  • Ensure that the monthly payroll or any further payment for employees is transferred to the respective bank account for the employee through the online bank data base.
  • Handling cash payments for offline employees within the group.
  • Prepare and distribute pay slips among all employees within the group.
  • Calculate the yearly taxation reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance and applying of Disciplinary policy after conducting investigations with employees if required.
  • Responsible for the benefits administration process (medical, travel and life insurance) for all employees within the group in Egypt including the contract renewal negotiations for the medical   insurance
  • Monitor the leaves of all employees and updating it on SAP for the offline employees.
  • Process the hiring follow-up for all new hires to be included in the payroll
  • Monitor, follow up and issue contract renewals for IKEA employees.
  • Process the vendor payments on SAP
