Operations Development Manager - Industrial Equipment - Al Futtaim - Dubai
Reports to the: Managing Directors
To ensure the new business opportunities and new business improvement initiatives are qualified, quantified and costed effectively, in order that the senior leadership team can determine the viability of each opportunity and can prioritise accordingly. To play a key role in developing the business case presentation to ensure Group sign-off for any investment required to deliver the plan.
The Operation Development Manager will coordinate between all business stakeholders to support the implementation of any ongoing projects and will be responsible for measuring the success of each based on predetermined set of KPI’s. He/she will support stakeholders to help deliver project objectives within the project deadlines.
In addition, he/she will play an integral role to support the Finance Business Partner and senior leadership to deliver;
o Annual strategic plan
o Quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting presentation
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum Experience: Minimum 8 years managerial experience in a transport/automotive environment
Job-Specific Skills: advance Knowledge on Project Management, Commercial Vehicles and Operations.
