Fixed Data Support Senior Engineer at Vodafone

Job Description:

Monitor the handling of Trouble tickets (TT), Resolution Service Level (SL), set priority for long duration TTs and repeated TTs.
Make sure that all TTs are updated with the work progress, for better handling and smooth handover
Assist the team members in technical troubleshooting steps to solve the problem with clear target.
Monitor the NOC mail handling
Act as the first and second line of escalation for all Fixed customers.
Handle all escalation mails and calls with stake holders to speed up service restoration
Act as a SPOC with different stake holders for better communication.

Job Requirements:

Education:

– Bachelor degree in Communication or Computer Science engineering with experience not less than 3 years in an Internet Service Provider company
