Location: Nasr City

Job Description:

Act as a single point of contact locally and functionally for the team.
Performs all needed management duties to ensure that the team deliver the intended objectives and deliverables on time.
Assist with team hiring and training.
Communicates and solve concerns and local policies among management and team members.
Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
Communicates deadlines and sales practice goals to team members and ensure that deadlines are met.

Job Requirements:

Education:

University graduate with minimum 11 years’ experience in Sales/Business/ Strategic Marketing, preferable with post graduate degree

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Innovative mindset and out of the box thinker
Clear understanding of the telco or IT market
Foundation in relationship building skills, networker, friendly, with high work ethics and personal values
Experience in improvement deployment across multicultural and large organization
Strong sales/marketing skills and familiar with competitive intelligence & market analysis
Results driven
Focus on detail, highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Very structured and organized
Ability to make decisions with collective inputs and to communicate them in an explicit matter
Team worker, strong leadership and capacity to influence and drive teams in a multi-national environment
Good listener
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, transparent, simple, audacious and dynamic
Fluent in English & & Arabic (nice to have : French)
