Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Engineer – Port Said Plant at Henkel

Location: Heliopolis

Job Description:

• Provide general support and assistance to the Health and Safety staff and Health and Safety Manager
• Support the factory management in all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment matters
• Assist in Health and Safety audits and produce audit reports as well as follow up on any pending actions
• Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations & Henkel SHE standards
• Identify SHE hazards and carry out risk assessments
• Conduct regular audits for waste contractors sites to ensure compliance with Henkel’s standards
• Conduct investigations for all incidents and prepare related corrective & preventive actions

Job Requirements:

Education:

– Bachelor’s degree in a safety or technical engineering field of study

Relevant Experience:

– 2-5 years of experience in the SHE department

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Fluent English speaker
• Proficient user of MS Office applications
• Capability to maintain accurate logs and reports of assessment information
