Senior Analyst, Services Project/Program Management ( French Speaker) at DELL
Location: New Cairo
Job Description:
o Responsible for the delivery of moderate complex, moderate risk projects and maintaining project quality, finances and focus.
o Responsible for the delivery and daily management of activities, which are coordinated with Dell employees, partner and customer Resources.
o Controls the financial compliance and manages the cost budget and the impact of change requests on cost budget for the projects.
o Completes weekly and quarterly forecasts of revenue and utilization.
o Participates in customer discussions regarding budget, risk and impact of changes.
o Point of contact during the project for all aspects of the engagement.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Relevant Experience:
3+ years of project management experience
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
o Strong ability to work in a team environment.
o Strong proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.
o Strong customer service skills
o PMP or Prince2 is a plus
o Fluent French language capabilities (both spoken and written) is a plus.
o Willing to Travel up to 25%
