Senior Analyst, Project/Program Manager at DELL

Location: New Cairo

Job Description:

Develop and manage project plans and operations based on customer requirements, design needs, timelines and agreed Statements of Work (SOW). Follow Dell EMC’s global project management methodology (DEPM2) based on PMI’s PMBOK and industry best practice.
Work with key customer contacts and users to understand their environment, analyse existing practices, document requirements and expectations to deploy software and hardware solutions.
Preform financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure transparency by regularly communicating status to the customers and project team. Make management aware of any potential issues or customer escalations.
