Job Description:

• Manage all Access transmission and Radio targets implementation and Support activities on operational network within agreed formats and timescales
• Maintain appropriate processes and procedures used by Transmission Access Changes Team members coping with change management rules assuring best customer experience and smooth network operation.
• Periodic quality audits to ensure changes activities meet and integrate with organisational objectives.
• Interact with Technology functional departments continuously for achieving organizational objectives and technical target plans.
• Enthusiastically demonstrate a commitment to the VFE culture and principles.

Job Requirements:

Education:

– University Graduate, BSc of Engineering in Telecommunications.

Relevant Experience:

– minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom. Field  3 years+ in the transmission operation field.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

-Technical skills:

-Excellent knowledge of Network operations environment and standards.
-In-depth knowledge and proficiency in  TX  , access and Backhaul  various vendor platforms  to enrich technical skills of activities handling and  troubleshooting, achieving transmission access  network targets
-Excellent knowledge of transmission concepts and configuration (PDH-SDH-Ethernet-IP-Routing-MPLS).
-Project Management skills
-CCNA or CCNP certification is favourable.

-Personal skills:

-Flexibility, influencing and decisiveness
-Working under pressure.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Fluent in written and spoken English
