Job Description:

• Owner (issue and edit) of VFE technical guide lines.
• Study technical requirements to enhance structure safety and durability on mobile network (access and core).
• Review structure analysis, best practices for radio sites and towers’ construction and design.
• Propose recommendation and retro fit solutions for strengthening and rehabilitation of existing support structures.
• Propose new initiatives, products that support network need, capacity plans, reach best solutions with the optimum cost, lead trials for new solutions and approaches.
• Enhancing level of communication with all vendors for continuous QA/QC.
• Evaluates suppliers’ technical bids including sample testing and production facility quality inspection.
• Prepare and Conduct courses for regional operation team (technical and best practice)
• Civil and material SME in the global antenna acceptance team

Job Requirements:

Education:

•BSc of Civil engineering 

Relevant Experience:

•5+ total years of experince

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Key performance indicators:

•Set out guidance & compliance codes to regulate telecom site activities including acquisition, planning, civil works, structural design, material control, site quality & acceptance.
•Review and set up process for different NW activities
•Structure analysis templates
•Vendor selection  process
•Post-trial assessment and reporting
•Deep standardization (approved structures, suppliers and consultants)

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

•Civil/Telecom background with minimum four years of experience in telecom site development.
•Ability to communicate clearly with different levels of the organization.
•Professional and organized.
•Strong presentation & technical writing skills.
•Good later thinking & problem solving skills
