Job Description:
– Achieve the Sales Objectives for Corporate Channel and Whole seller Channel for SOSD in UAE.
– Engage with Corporate End Users, Reseller Channel Partners to drive growth.
– Manage SOSD Partners in CCW Channel in UAE.
– Channel development – Modern Trade, Traditional Trade.
– Execute the Sales and Trade Marketing initiatives in CCW Channel as required by the SOSD Division.
– Identify new opportunities to grow business.
– Doing Business in a transparent and Ethical manner as per 3M values and policies.
Job Requirements:
Education:
– Graduate preferably with MBA in Sales or Marketing
Relevant Experience:
– 5+ years of relevant job experience in Established Companies
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
– Good understanding of Stationery Business in especially in the CCW Channel
– Key Account Management Experience and capable of handling Key Accounts and Strategic partners
– Experience of Managing Re-sellers
– Analytical skills
– Ability to manage a team
– Self-starter and lead by example
– Relationship Building skills with Internal and External team members
– Team player focused on achieving the result
