Job Description:

Lead end-to-end research that helps the team uncover actionable insights.
Work with our small cross-functional team (product designers, tech, business development, marketing).
Build upon your findings to define the best approach for each unique client and/or area.
Work on developing strategies and business proposals to bring to property developers and government partners.
Work with our partners to further shape the service offerings for our clients.

Job Requirements:

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Ability to define key research questions, objectives, and actions in order to support the business strategy.
Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
Strategic and proactive thinker who can translate insights and data into business recommendations.
Independent thinker who can work autonomously and proactively.
Strong communicator with a track record of collaborating with colleagues and/or clients.
Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Experience working on products or services that require looking across all touchpoints and contexts in order to create a holistic experience.
