Job Description:

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan in line with the roadmap of Careem PAY
Help defining meaningful metrics to focus on that are aligned with our roadmap
Find ideas to improve growth metrics
Continuously A/B test different ideas; analyse and report results
Get user feedback through surveys
Drive massive upticks in user acquisition, activation and retention
Work in cross-functional teams with product, engineering and marketing side by side to tackle growth
Build dashboards for monitoring KPIs and performances
Lead target and budget setting

Job Requirements:

Education:

Relevant Experience:

You have 3-5 years of work experience and have a degree from an accredited university
Minimum 1 year experience in a tech start-up company

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

Strong commercial sense
Analytics / Data driven approach: Clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
SQL (must have), Tableau (nice to have), Hive (nice to have)
Extremely curios to learn
Experience in CRM and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Braze, Optimizely is a plus
Highly collaborative
Optimization focused
Detail oriented
Ability to influence others
