Location: Nasr City
Job Requirements:
- BSc. in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, PR, or any relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Community Management, Blogging, Social Media Analytics
- Experience in launching community initiatives, e.g. building an online forum, maintaining an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing emails and newsletters, etc.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Ability to identify relevant digital marketing metrics, interpret website traffic, and track online customer engagement metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and English writing skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and content management tools is a plus, e.g. HubSpot CMS, Social Media Channels, Google Marketing Platform, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO is a plus
Job Description:
- Build and execute annual content plans through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages digital communities to convert into leads.
- Create editorial calendars for social media channels, external newsletters, company newsroom, and other digital platforms, such as Quora, Crunchbase, GitHub, etc., and collaborate with the Design team on producing engaging content.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information to our CEQUENS Digital Community.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
