All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​High school diploma or GED equivalency 
• 1+ year experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Planning, Project Management or related field
• 3+ years aviation related project experience
• Project management certification
• Green Belt in Sigma Six
• Broad knowledge of aviation planning and technical issues

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Proven Project Management skills, experience managing scope, schedules and budgets in a project environment​
• Ability to be a "hands-on" problem solver
• Ability to lead team members and key stakeholders of the project
• Ability to manage through influence, but without direct management authority
• Ability to influence customers and stakeholders and properly manage divergent expectations
