 Contract Coordinator (French Speaking) 

 

Location:Abu Dhabi

 

 

JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure that all operations vehicles within Abu Dhabi, are ready to operate within contractual requirements. Further to this collect the fines amount from the drivers of the customer maintaining a fines report. Receive escalations from the customer and report the same to the contract supervisor within a short time frame. Check the vehicles status in check-out and check in to ensure there is no damages.

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description Performance Indicators
Operations.
• To be the first level escalation point when Contract Supervisors require details about a specific vehicle, driver or route.
• Fines amount collection from the end users.
• Maintain list of vehicles which is due for service and schedule service booking appointment with.

 

Operations Fleet
• Ensure there is no damages on the vehicles and that the accident vehicles have an accident report.
• Ensure the Contract Supervisor/Manager is aware of any issues with vehicle requirements.
• Maintain Fines Record for all EDA vehicles

 

 Reporting
• Fleet Availability Report.
• Maintain reports of fines collection/pending.
• Monthly report for breakdown and replacement vehicles.
• Customer complaints and Resolution.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deal with all escalated customer challenges as per the agreed process.

 

Performance Management.
• Carry out Monthly personal development sessions with direct
reports to guide & motivate the team in order to get better results.
• Provide supporting documents and recommendations for midyear
and annual performance reviews of direct reports.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Professional communication and presentational (French language is a must).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence
• Excellent customer interaction skills
• Driving Category License 3
Minimum Experience:
• Over 2 years’ experience working in coordination role in French speaking capacity.
Job-Specific Skills:
• Excellent team building skills
• Demonstration of leadership qualities
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to plan and organize effectively
