Role Purpose:

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Operations Manager is responsible for providing <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">strong leadership and strategic direction to all operations staff. He/she will lead and drive the delivery of organizational effectiveness, high standards of patient care and experience.

 

Job Description:

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Create and implement standard operational procedure (SOP) and work flow to achieve operational excellence, in compliance with the DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations and the UAE federal laws and in conjunction with the Corporate Manager.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Demonstrate proper delegation and assignment of tasks and responsibilities
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Handles and facilitates the schedule management process according to the clinic operational needs.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Identify, analyse and resolve all operational issues in a timely manner
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Interact regularly with customers to maintain awareness of needs and satisfaction of service provided
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintain confidentiality of patient records at all times
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ensure the provision of excellent patient experience and all concerns and issues are resolved promptly
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop, monitor and analyse budget and financial data and utilize resources effectively in conjunction with the Corporate Manager.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards related to quality improvement, customer service, patient access, productivity, confidentiality, management of electronic medical records, billing, and facility.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Regularly review and update policies, procedures, process improvement, and training, to help support efficient clinic workflows, productivity, quality improvement and customer service.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Participate in the formulation of clinic objectives and working closely with members of the Clinical Management team.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop knowledge of legal issues in all aspects of the operation to ensure compliance with the DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations and the UAE federal laws
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Promote and maintain positive and professional working relationship with all internal and external customers

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Minimum Experience:

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">10+ years operational management experience preferably in retail or hospitality sectors

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Job-Specific Skills:

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong experience in operational management, financial planning, strategic management
