We’re looking for an IT leader that has a proven track record of inspiring and leading delivery organizations through transformation. Someone who has exhibited the ability to make strategic sourcing decisions, ask the right questions of technical teams, and can communicate complex technical solutions to business partners in a non-technical, yet impactful manner. What you'll do
  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of all solutions including architecture, development, and operational support of people and payroll systems
  • Drives organizational structure, process, and cultural improvements that result in rapid delivery and consistent execution of IT solutions
  • Develops objectives and key results and ensures outcomes are aligned across business and IT leadership
  • Partners with internal customers and with external vendors to manage system development and maintain system operational standards
  • Manages and directs software, hardware, and telecommunication providers, using Agile and DevOps practices to enhance operational efficiencies and accelerate delivery

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Demonstrates the highest level of ethics and integrity
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field
  • 10 years of experience with infrastructure technologies and software development
  • 7 years of technology leadership experience, including development, infrastructure, and architecture teams
  • Experience in the application of technology and financial practices related to technology investments
  • IT Operations experience for vital and/or critical systems
  • Excellent understanding of end-user needs, leading technologies, and applications
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver major system implementations
  • Proven ability to manage internal and external resources, as well as manage relationships with 3rd party providers and partners
  • Experience leading multi-sourced development teams (internal, external, on/offshore)
  • Demonstrated ability to solve, and to lead others in solving, complex analytical problems
  • Willingness to take calculated risks
  • Ability to build and facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to be self-driven with a natural aptitude for engaging employees in multiple workgroups

Prior Airline industry experience a plus
