  • ​This job is a member of the Customer Experience Delivery & Innovation Team within the Customer Experience Division.
  • Responsible for working with CEID leadership to set internal department goals based on current and future company initiatives. Will also work with internal and external stakeholders to help with the department strategy and prioritizing projects.
     

What you'll do

  • Executes Customer Experience Innovation and Delivery (CEID) strategy based on company goals, analysis, and input from department leadership and external partners
  • Leads large scale ad-hoc projects as directed by CEID leaders
  • Supports internal groups in building accurate and timely project justifications (5 points) through analysis, collaboration and strategic thinking
  • Acts as resource to key internal departments to define and prioritize requirements
  • Prepares business case justifications in support of all capital asset requisitions
  • Liaises with product owners/customers and all other areas/individuals and business stakeholders, including training, IT, etc. impacted by a project
  • Conducts project meetings; completes project tracking/analysis reports; reports to management and business owners regarding project progress, issues, and risks
  • Communicates project status to management and business leaders as necessary via presentations and other business documents
  • Identifies barriers and solutions requiring management intervention
  • Leads change management initiatives

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 2 years of airline experience
  • 2 years of developing business solutions, finance, or related analytical work
  • Knowledge of airport operations
  • Basic knowledge of operational processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Ability to collaborate across a wide variety of departments and intra-department
  • Strong organizational, planning and problem solving skills
  • Ability to set priorities and work independently to achieve deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
