The HR Business Partner – Corporate Services will be delivering traditional HR support within multiple divisions within the Corporate functions including Group Legal, Corporate Development Unit, Group Internal Audit, Group Finance, Group procurement, Group Tax, Group Treasury and Group Transformation by leading work in talent acquisition and management, performance management, reward and recognition, learning and development, resource planning, all within the context of the overall HR agenda and strategy, leveraging the expertise of the Centres of Excellence (COE’s)
KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Organisation Development
Ensure that HR plays a central role in the development of an organisation structure designed to support the acceleration of the transformation across the Group functions
Change Management
Be the change management champion through partnering with the business to build resilience and transform the organisation to a high performing workplace and align with each of the divisions’ agenda. This includes developing a diverse and accountable organisational culture, enabled through inclusive leadership, and aligned to strategy, values and behaviours.
Management and Support
Continuously consult with the business’s leadership and management to foster and promote the engagement of the business’s core values at all levels.
In addition, a major part of the role will be working with the team to progress and sustain the transformation agenda as it interlace with the people agenda specifically in organisation design and development, talent upskilling, talent attraction and retention, culture and ways of working and alignment of all employees to the new models if applicable.
PERSON SPECIFIC:
Education:
Human Resource, Psychology or Business Management Degree
CIPD qualification desirable
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
5-7 years relevant experience
Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:
Change Management, Organizational Development, Management Development, Performance/Compensation Management, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Mentoring/Coaching, Human Capital Metrics
Analytical skills, Team management, good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
