• As a member of the Airport Excellence team, you will have a key role in leading a team that is focused on working with various stakeholders on a variety of long term strategy initiatives within Airports. This will include a high level of engagement with internal stakeholders and field operations to deliver initiatives that support our customers and team members worldwide.  
• The team is also responsible for executive level content support, meeting facilitation, airport alignment to company’s goals, providing expertise and resource to support key initiatives, identifying and framing issues, driving decisions, and building project plans and monitoring execution. 
• The role is a part of the Airport Excellence Planning and Delivery team within our Airport and Cargo Excellence group. 

What you'll do

• Synthesize business problems for senior leaders, identify strategic options, define outcomes and gain consensus among leaders
• Represent airport operations in planning and implementation of a wide range of projects
• Coordinate initiatives within the team and across various departments to ensure efficiency and consistency of execution through the promotion of best practices
• Ensure clarity of business requirements from stakeholders to enable proper planning and design of new initiatives
• Participate in project meetings, provides strategic and analytical support, and manages project progress, issues, and risks
• Partner with the larger Airports Excellence organization to ensure consistency and efficient use of resources across the organization
• Provides strategic thought leadership in support of airport operations

 

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• At least 1 year professional experience in the airline industry
• Proven collaboration successes across a wide variety of projects
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
