Job Title:                        CCC Operator (with programming experience in Python, C++, etc)

Reporting Manager:      Assistant Facilities Manager – Command & Control Centre

Department:                   Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, Facilities Management

Location:                        DFC, Al Areesh Club First floor

 

JOB PURPOSE

CCC Operations requires 24X7; for monitoring and controlling IBMS and CAFM system

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Verify Work Request details & create Work Order link to Work Request
• Receive calls  during business days & hours I.e. 10:00PM – 7:00AM
• To follow up with MEP / Non MEP Coordinators I.e. FM on site verification delay Work Orders as per appointment / Service Level Agreement
• Do the verifications of MEP & Non MEP Work Orders onsite verification feedback from the MEP Coordinator / NON MEP coordinators and forward to respective FM.
• To ensure all Completed Work Orders are closed by relevant parties.
• To ensure daily reports on Closed Work Request, Closed Work Orders & other reports to generate & report to CCC Manager.
• To Monitor equipment failure & convert into Work order for contractor and report to the site supervisor, to maximize operation of the system.
• Checks routinely for correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control systems.
• Monitor the operation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS to monitor performance.
• To advise the FM managers on outstanding work against SLAs within the iViva system

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• A/c, BMS background studies

 

Minimum Experience:

• 3 years’ experience in A/c, BMS installation & Maintenance, Computer knowledge

 

Job Specific Skills:

• BMS knowledge, Other CMMS operational knowledge if any
