About your Role

We are currently looking for UAE National Public Relations Officer to join our team in Group Government Relations who will be responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two. You will provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government miscellaneous jobs related to GDRFA, ICA , Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization & Consulates.

 

About your Responsibilities

•Responsible for applying applications through Tas’heel – MoHRE online system. i.e New and Renewal of work permits.

• Responsible to administer the following towards business facilitation on day-to-day basis:

  1. Acquire visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business related travels
  2. Obtain new and renew residence visas for dependent’s of employees.
  3. Processing Transactions at Tawjeeh Centre .

• Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.

• The ever-changing government rules and regulations requires the post-holder to be abreast of updates on information / documents and at times certain jobs have to be tracked efficiently without much notice.

• Any TO-DO-NOW jobs always have to be evaluated, prioritized and accomplished at short notices.

 

About the Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a UAE National (with family book) and must have the following skills and attributes:

• The candidate must have at least 2  years’ experience using Tasheel online system with strong experience with govt. organizations and embassies

• Educational background: at least completion of Secondary Education

• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills

• Good influencing skills

• Spoken and written Arabic is a must

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English

• Valid Driving License
