- This job is a member of the Flight Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
- Responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining a quality assurance program to support Flight Operations objectives to include regulatory compliance, audits, and new station starts.
- Supports safety risk management processes within flight operations as part of the principles of Safety Management System (SMS) described in FAA Advisory Circular 120-92 (as amended)
- Support the Manager of Compliance and Quality Assurance
What you'll do

- Project manages the IOSA audit to complete IEP’s requirements and biennial audits
- Monitors and reviews flight operations internal audit program results
- Analyzes internal business processes for efficiency and Regulatory compliance
- Designs, implements, and leads efficiency and Quality Assurance initiatives
- Develops, executes, and manages a quality assurance program to support Flight Operations objectives to include regulatory compliance, audits, and new station starts
- Monitors preventive and correction actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved
- Complies with departmental safety objectives in support of company goals
- Complies with corporate equal opportunity employment standards of conduct
- Disseminates technical information to flight crews regarding changes in regulatory requirements
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Flight Operations experience
- Experience with aviation safety standards and safe operating practices, 14 CFR Chapter I (Federal Aviation Regulations), and certificate holder's operations specifications
- Experience with publishing software to include Adobe FrameMaker and Acrobat Pro
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Working knowledge or flight operations terminology, policy, and procedures
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work under pressure of changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to interface with various levels of management, employees, and external agencies/professional

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team member
- Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain strict confidentiality
