• This job is a member of the Flight Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
• Responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining a quality assurance program to support Flight Operations objectives to include regulatory compliance, audits, and new station starts.
• Supports safety risk management processes within flight operations as part of the principles of Safety Management System (SMS) described in FAA Advisory Circular 120-92 (as amended)
• Support the Manager of Compliance and Quality Assurance

• Project manages the IOSA audit to complete IEP’s requirements and biennial audits
• Monitors and reviews flight operations internal audit program results
• Analyzes internal business processes for efficiency and Regulatory compliance
• Designs, implements, and leads efficiency and Quality Assurance initiatives 
• Develops, executes, and manages a quality assurance program to support Flight Operations objectives to include regulatory compliance, audits, and new station starts
• Monitors preventive and correction actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved
• Complies with departmental safety objectives in support of company goals
• Complies with corporate equal opportunity employment standards of conduct
• Disseminates technical information to flight crews regarding changes in regulatory requirements

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Flight Operations experience
• Experience with aviation safety standards and safe operating practices, 14 CFR Chapter I (Federal Aviation Regulations), and certificate holder's operations specifications
• Experience with publishing software to include Adobe FrameMaker and Acrobat Pro

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Working knowledge or flight operations terminology, policy, and procedures
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work under pressure of changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to interface with various levels of management, employees, and external agencies/professional

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team member
• Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain strict confidentiality
