• ​Responsible for evaluating market performance of managed accounts to determine future opportunities.

What you'll do

• Understands critical drivers of performance and creates reporting and dashboards to help leadership identify opportunities for improvement
• Ideates and develops strategies to grow nascent areas of the business in line with divisional goals
• Strives toward becoming a subject matter expert in PRISM and agency reporting
• Anticipates and proactively responds to account manager issues and queries
• Runs and enhances existing Western division dashboards including monthly performance summary and waiver reporting
• Provides support to account managers in the creation of new RFP’s and RFP renewals
• Supports tracking of the divisional budget
• Analyzes and develops strategies to improve performance of corporate and channel accounts

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years related experience
• Experience in interpreting and manipulating data and presenting it in an easily explainable format

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Master's degree
• ​Experience with Tableau and SQL
• Experience with Global Sales data

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Coachable with proven data analysis abilities and great curiosity
• Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic with decisiveness and an innate drive to solve problems
• An aptitude for positioning complex topics and information into simple and clear communication channels
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
• Capacity to execute multiple projects concurrently and be comfortable with a changing environment
