What you'll do

  • Leverage data and market analysis to support projects and process improvement initiatives that connect Drug & Alcohol safety related issues and insights to action
  • Serve as liaison across business units to analyze complex data, assess and share insights, drive process improvement and recommend strategic solutions
  • Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
    • Oversee reporting, build out of dashboards, write and define processes for current team tasks in addition to supporting project plan for upcoming FAA Audit
    • Enhance Tableau data and dashboard display to create meaningful insight and identify areas of opportunity across the global network, by workgroup and leader level
    • Conduct ad-hoc data and market analysis, including industry benchmark research and foresight
    • Create ad-hoc presentations related to work environment performance, progress and opportunity

 

All you'll need for success

 

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational behavior, legal, labor or related field
  • 3 Years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
  • 1 Year Experience with project management, data and market analysis, and data story-telling

 

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • PMP certification or Agile certification
  • MBA or Master's degree in organizational behavior, human resources, education or related field
  • Prior experience in Tableau, SmartSheet and Sharepoint
  • Knowledge of Federal Regulation CFR 49 and FMSCA

  • Ability to manage multiple, large scale projects with competing deadlines and in a face-paced work environment
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed
  • Good analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
