Overview of the role:

Job holder will be responsible for planning, executing and will help in identifying opportunities to evolve loyalty proposition to drive greater customer engagement and improve business value in the region.

 

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

Loyalty marketing

    • Support the line manager in developing a seamless process in place for efficient execution
    • Assist to develop a short- and long-term data[1]driven loyalty marketing strategy.
    • Support to manage initiatives that will increase consumer engagement and brand loyalty while generating income and generating profitable growth across all formats and channels.
    • Support in developing a strategy for customer interaction based on data and marketing calendar in conjunction with central marketing teams.
    • Work together with other departments to enhance the customer experience and increase engagement across all channels of interaction with the customers
    • Manage and liaise with brand and external vendors
    • Support in developing Loyalty marketing programs and partnerships with brands to continuously expand the customer base. • Support in creating fresh marketing indicatives that will support customer journey.

POC to retail brands

    • Support in implementation of campaign in the marketing calendar for all retail brands
    • Coordinate with the POC of brand team and liaise in developing content, material to be deployed during the execution of campaign
    • Ensure Executional timelines of the calendar/campaign
    • Support in identifying key events to suggest up Tactical & Seasonal Campaigns
    • Support all program communications of the program through all the channels (Within App – Push/NFC/EMAIL, Newsletters, SMS)
    • Support to perform AB testing and analysis on all campaign performance, effectively share results with the team, and generate insights that can be put into practice.

Analysing and Reporting

    • Report, analysis the campaigns executed by brand/by market and overall recommendation for future execution
    • Work together with Loyalty manager, data team to identify repurchase trends and determine customer cohorts and pattern of buying
    • Support projects and initiatives to derive campaign performance analysis, Blue KPI reporting in coordination with the data and CRM team
    • To make sure that the reporting is accurate, timely, and presented in a way that is appropriate for the relevant stakeholder.
    • Keep accurate data, spot deviations, and give ideas for improvement as needed while monitoring the performance of an ongoing campaign

Required Skills to be successful:-

 

    • Good project management skills.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Excel
    • Sound knowledge of marketing principles.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and ability of applying it to marketing principles and experience with tools like SalesForce, Emarsys, Braze or Responsys
    • Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently.
    • Conversant with report writing, business procedures and correspondence.
    • Time management, fixing priorities, organizing skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance.
    • Statistical knowledge for analysing systems and data
    • Effective presentation of information and strong spoken language skills for responding to questions from managers, clients and stakeholders.

 

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing (Masters Preferred)
