Location: New Cairo
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Project Management or Account Manager roles
- Strong communicator, able to articulate information clearly to customers. Able to understand customer’s needs.
- Strong understanding of the technology market dynamics.
- Skilled at synthesizing lots of information and explaining complicated concepts simply.
- Strong Planning and Organizing skills
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Passionate about events and technology.
- Bonus: Experience with startups
Job Description:
- Own the relationship with customers by becoming their primary point of contact; ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services.
- Manage the customer’s on-boarding process, by providing training on how to use our product and provide assistance to all customer’s inquiries and challenges.
- Manage the project implementation cycle, from gathering customer’s requirements, setting project time-lines, and ensuring project plans are implemented effectively.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales and Engineering teams in ensuring customer’s requirements are implement according to project plans.
- Identify upsell opportunities and work with sales team to present our product offering to all relevant audiences.
- Build and maintain great relationships with key accounts of the company.
- Gather continious feedback from the customer post the event.
