Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Project Management or Account Manager roles
  • Strong communicator, able to articulate information clearly to customers. Able to understand customer’s needs.
  • Strong understanding of the technology market dynamics.
  • Skilled at synthesizing lots of information and explaining complicated concepts simply.
  • Strong Planning and Organizing skills
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Passionate about events and technology.
  • Bonus: Experience with startups

Job Description:

  • Own the relationship with customers by becoming their primary point of contact; ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our services.
  • Manage the customer’s on-boarding process, by providing training on how to use our product and provide assistance to all customer’s inquiries and challenges.
  • Manage the project implementation cycle, from gathering customer’s requirements, setting project time-lines, and ensuring project plans are implemented effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales and Engineering teams in ensuring customer’s requirements are implement according to project plans.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work with sales team to present our product offering to all relevant audiences.
  • Build and maintain great relationships with key accounts of the company.
  • Gather continious feedback from the customer post the event.
