Conference Specialist at IDC – UAE

Job Description:

  • Leading attendee acquisition for events,
  • Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers,
  • Providing support in creation of website content,
  • Events Logistics: manage from start to end events assigned to him/her,
  • Onsite management of event (registration, meeting room set-up).

Job Requirements:

Relevant Experience:

  • 2-4 years similar experience
  • Previous event organization experience is a must.

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

  • Intermediate PC skills (OS MS Windows; MS Excel, Word and Lotus).
  • Good written and language skills
  • Routine resistant/coordinator activities
  • Details oriented
