Conference Specialist at IDC – UAE
Job Description:
- Leading attendee acquisition for events,
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers,
- Providing support in creation of website content,
- Events Logistics: manage from start to end events assigned to him/her,
- Onsite management of event (registration, meeting room set-up).
Job Requirements:
Relevant Experience:
- 2-4 years similar experience
- Previous event organization experience is a must.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Intermediate PC skills (OS MS Windows; MS Excel, Word and Lotus).
- Good written and language skills
- Routine resistant/coordinator activities
- Details oriented
