Control & Reporting Assistant Supervisor – Distributors at PepsiCo

Location: Nasr City

Job Description:
1- Prepare the daily distributors status by the due invoices available credit limits.
2- Follow up with the invoices issues in night shift to avoid any stopage for Sales orders.
3- Follow up and review the daily collection for distributors in CFI (Chipsy Food Industries) bank account and solve the bank reconciliation issues with Analysis team.Reconcile the Gross Revenue between the two system & ensure accuracy
4- Monthly reconciliation for all distributor trade spending during the month
5- Monitoring the Trucks transfers between the locations and ensure that proper approvals are in place.
6- Review & ensure accurate depreciation for all distributors assets .
7- Review Accruals vs Spending and ensure related actions.
8- Handle the sales order with sales departement that need to removed after the final status .
9- Cash deposits reconceliation between SAP,Sales Buzz & CFI Bank account.
10- Review and approve all Trade spending actual & accruals
11- Monitoring the Dist. Cash box movements.
12- Preparing the monthly warehouse utlization report for distributors.
13- prepare Goods in Transit “GIT” analysis for CFI.
14- Credit study for all Distributors.
15- Preparing the monthly KPIs for distributors.
16- Tracking the Market bad debts and its settlemnts.
17- Follow up on customer confirmation results .
18- Review the consolidated loyalty analysis.
19- Consolidate the Field Audit Findings and discuss with Field Supervisors.
20- Review Distributors Contract and Multi Year Contract “MYC” process.
21- Ensure timely closure of audit remediation and track progress.
22- Shifts management & resolving any conflicts or shortage through solid rotation plan.
23- Work closely with Tax team to prepare the needed Tax letters for all Distributors data preperation as per request.
24- Lead & partner with BIS to implement system enhancements of sales & distribution areas.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelors of Accounting, with Finance/Accounting background experience a must.
• 0-2 years experience in Commercial.
• Leadership experience and capability. Solid understanding of business levers.
• Go-To-Person on Performance Metrics, Process simplification and Best Practices around Metrics.
• Change management experience coupled with good analytical abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically and across multiple cultures
• Strong internal and external communicator, influencer, and negotiator.
• Ability to set and priorities short, mid and long term objectives.
• Very good command in both spoken and written of English and high level of communication skills.
