Product Management Advisor – Live Optics at Dell

Location: Down Town

Job Description:

• Leads Live Optics software development programs of small to medium complexity
• References field results, stakeholder feedback, product knowledge, competitive insights, and other inputs to highlight potential feature opportunities for portfolio.
• Coordinates programs/solutions through opportunity analysis, business case development, detailed technical requirements delivery, development, product acceptance, and launch readiness.
• Facilitates the creation of detailed technical requirements for new software features or processes with inputs from technical architects and additional functional experts.
• Communicates status to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborates with Product Managers, Sales, and Engineering/R&D to align represent assigned program strategy in context of overall portfolio.
• Recommends changes in the product development process and implements changes as directed
• Possesses an expanding knowledge of related subject areas; Enhances own knowledge through understanding business trends and objectives.

Job Requirements:

         Education:

• Typically 6+ years related professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 2-4 years with a Graduate degree; or equivalent experience

Relevant Experience:

Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:

• Strong drive for results and ability to make/drive decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing projects independently
• Strong intellectual capacity and problem solving
• Strong technical background and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
