Job Requirements:
•Minimum 3-5 years of relevant financial experience

•A financial degree (MBA Finance/ Masters in Economics/ ACCA/ CFA/CA)

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

•Ability to think beyond numbers and combine data with strategy, financial insight and creativity

•Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders coupled with excellent communication skills

•Ability to influence without authority

•Problem-solving mindset and ready to adopt and drive changes across multiple functional units

•Team player with intercultural understanding

Job Description:
1) Decision support and analytics
•Participate in annual Gameplan strategy development including regular follow-up and improvement
•Build and improve forecasting models including macroeconomic indicators and market intelligence
•Engage with LOC/Area operations/finance to stay updated on business developments that impact cost and/or service delivery, and challenge cost escalations
•Convey business intelligence to different levels of stakeholders
•Provide meaningful insights on competitor landscape, financial analytics and market to support your stakeholder’s decision making

2) Performance Management:
•Partner with the execution teams and senior stakeholders to ensure goals/targets are known and pursued
•Objectively challenge performance of the assigned team
•Produce relevant management reports, Gap analysis and co-create improvement plans

3) Cost leadership and customer satisfaction/service delivery:
•Enable cost leadership and service delivery through effective partnering

4) Contribute to the Maersk Finance community across Business Units and global locations
