Job Description:

Provide integrated campaigns across multiple channels to meet business goals
Work closely with Strategy and Marketing to define campaign requirements including testing and analytical protocols to ensure reliable results
Monitor the conversion of different campaigns launched and identify key lessons learned
Report on various business issues to relevant stakeholders providing appropriate analysis and commentaries for both technical and nontechnical people.
Define a roadmap with related initiatives and comprehensive business requirements
Suggest product improvements to build an automated growth engine
Maintain healthy unit economics while reducing in-active and churned customers

Job Requirements:

Minimum 4- 6 years of experiences
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
Data analysis skills – working with large chunks of data, data extractions, and presentations
Must be process orientated and a logical thinker with a good attention to detail
Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment
Experience in SQL and building dashboards is a plus (ex. Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, etc.)
