Job Description:

Onboard & Engage: Help restaurant partners get started on elmenus ordering platform. Train them to engage with elmenus app and support center. Develop & implement and deliver daily, weekly, monthly dashboards to management & agents.
Analyze: Proactively develop new KPIs/metrics to identify trends in the order life cycle. Optimize our customers NPS.
Build Processes: Design processes, whether it be prospecting, onboarding, engagement, tracking..etc. Structure experiments and conduct analysis to increase order acceptance rate and decrease delays and violation of SLAs
Retain: Collect and act on feedback, create tools to stay in close communication with restaurant partners & end users from an operational perspective and incorporate feedback into process improvements on the ground.

Job Requirements:

At least 1-2 years experience in operations
Data driven decision making & process oriented.
Flexible & fast
Proactive in taking initiative based on data driven findings.
A doer with a persistent attitude, a can do attitude, I will make it happen no matter what.
Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences, ability to translate quantitative findings into action.
Very strong communications & organisation skills
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
SQL knowledge a plus, but not require
