Scope & Complexity We want to talk to undergraduate students in their junior year who have accomplished outstanding academic results. The program is designed for a commitment of 40 hours per week for the duration of the 12-week program. When not working, we invite our interns to take advantage of unlimited complimentary space-available travel on Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air... Lunch in San Diego? Weekend in Portland? Maui? Phoenix... Done! Key Duties - Assist with process walkthroughs and conduct testing in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). - Obtain an understanding of business processes and related controls by reviewing prior year's documentation and performing interviews with employees throughout the company. - Make and request testing selections following our testing protocols and audit methodology. - Use professional judgment, in consultation with Internal Audit management, to evaluate testing materials received for sufficiency. - Provide clear and concise documentation of the work performed. - Manage your workflow to complete testing according to schedule. - Identify opportunities for efficiencies in SOX testing methodology.
