Scope & Complexity We want to talk to undergraduate students in their junior year who have accomplished outstanding academic results. The program is designed for a commitment of 40 hours per week for the duration of the 12-week program. Key Duties - Receive, understand and clarify requirement from software development - Develop simple applications as directed incorporating common services as appropriate. - Continually seek to improve applications including system performance, functionality, code efficiency, and code defects. - Maintain appropriate system documentation throughout the application life cycle including design, development, test, support, change release, and implementation documentation. - Provide application support including developing and implementing production application monitors, timely problem identification and resolution. - Stay actively engaged in the technology industry and understand how the evolving technologies can benefit our organization. - Other duties as assigned Job-Specific Skills, Experience & Education Required - Experience with Software Engineering - Experience with C# development - Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred - High degree of initiative, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task - Great can-do attitude and passion to solve complex problems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Internships positions are open to current undergraduate students in their junior year who are enrolled in a full time course of study graduating between December '20 and June '21. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum age of 18. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred - Knowledge in Agile and Scrum development methodologies preferred. - Confidence to socialize and introduce new ideas and technologies to communities of developers Job-Specific Leadership Expectations Embody our values to own safety, do the right thing, be kind-hearted, deliver performance, and be remarkable. **PAY** SALARY GRADE: C SALARY RANGE: $35,000.00 - $54,300.00 Annually **START YOUR NEW JOURNEY NOW** Submit your application by 1-/21/2019 11:59pm (Pacific Time).
