About The Role
The role will contribute with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining digital strategic initiatives to the development of long-term Digital strategy at Group level, based on analysis of key markets, competitor developments, technological change and long-term consumer trends. S/he will contribute to the business planning and help to translate plans into detailed initiatives. The role will influence strategic decision at Group level including development and introduction if new digital products and services. At business level, the Strategy Lead will support in shaping the digital strategy to enable the business to deliver maximum value to consumer. The contribution and support will be based on high quality research and analysis using latest strategy modelling tools.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Support the Director of Strategy and PMO in communicating and implementing the Group’s digital strategy internally and externally so that all employees, partners, suppliers, contractors and other relevant stakeholders understand the Group-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the Group's overall goals
- Drive decision-making that creates medium-term and long-term improvement in the digital space
- Establish and review key strategic priorities and translate them into a comprehensive digital strategic plan
- Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan in respective area within the group
- Translate strategy into actionable and quantitative plans for the business
- Provide in-depth analysis of financial, output, audience, scheduling, competitor, regulatory and operational considerations. To use qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. To apply analytical frameworks and strategic business models and tools. To make strategic recommendations based on the analysis
- Analyzed trends across the marketplace, the impact of competition and shifts in customer needs.
- Ensure that stakeholders are fully informed about the implications of such research and monitoring
- Present the analysis and recommendations to senior managers; and ensure that such presentations are effective and persuasive using a variety of techniques
Advisory and Coaching
- Champion the Group-wide digital strategy
- Deliver technical and consulting expertise in Digital and Technology strategy and Product strategy and
- innovation
- Ensure departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect group strategic priorities
- Develop strong and valued relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant
- Partner with other strategy leads and consultants to support execution of key initiatives
Project Management

- Support the overall digital PMO activities with establish methodologies
- Lead projects or modules shaping the corporate and group-level plan
- Own digital dashboards, tools, and systems and ensure regular and timely updates through close coordination with digital leads within relevant areas of work
- Manage the process and tools for monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the overall digital portfolio
- Implement tracking and reporting tools for core digital programs
- Apply standard management methods to help prioritize initiatives and anticipates issues
- Monitor projects/programs progress against plan and flag delays
- Identify and highlight issues that merit further investigation
- Track financial and non-financial impact of initiatives and overall projects
- Prepare regular reports for senior meetings and ad hoc requests / analyses
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements and prepares agendas for meetings
About You
-
- 8 - 10+ years’ experience in implementing digital strategy within large organisations or consultancy environments
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Including 5+ years of professional Project Management experience and Digital marketing
- Leader in digital marketing
- Substantial experience of data analysis, having a good knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies.
- Sound computer aptitude, particularly with spreadsheet packages and presentation packages.
- Strong report writing and editing skills
- Excellent presentation skills and highly innovative and creative
