Job Description:

• Manage governance & activities of the Service Line LT  (monthly, QBRs, Budget cycles)
• Update the Service Line strategy and drive execution
• Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and partnerships
• Deliver identified projects on behalf of the Service Line LT
• Create all executive material on behalf of the LT
• Improve cross functional collaboration within Service Line and support functions
• Create a central KPI dashboard for the service line
• Support all activities on behalf of Service Line LT
• Lead and own the execution of Helios

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience
• Project management experience is a plus
• Proven track record of Business & General management, executing high-impact business plans
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexities to determine core strategic deliverables.
• Highly developed influencing skills, leadership capability, and the ability to achieve through others.
• Strategic thinker with an eye for the detail – bright/ and intellectually curious
• Results oriented and proven track record of relevant past achievements in driving and improving business results
• Ability to travel regularly to the _VOIS centres and footprint
