The role is a part of the Delivery Support team within our Airport Excellence and Cargo group. As a Project Manager on the Airports and Cargo Delivery Support team, you will have a key role in working with various stakeholders on a variety of initiatives with a focus on Airports and Cargo needs. The Project Manager will be responsible for management of and reporting on assigned projects, providing expertise and resource to support key initiatives, identifying and framing issues, driving decisions, building project plans and monitoring execution.

What you'll do
  • Synthesize business problems, identify strategic options, define outcomes and gain consensus among senior management on Airports or Cargo initiatives
  • Represent Cargo and Airport operations in planning and implementation of a wide range of projects
  • Coordinate initiatives across various departments to ensure efficiency and consistency of execution
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations and present to leaders and working groups
  • Collects input and business requirements from stakeholders to enable proper planning and design of new initiatives
  • Participates in project meetings; completes project tracking/analysis reports; reports to management and business owners regarding project progress, issues, and risks
  • Coordinates with international field stations to ensure preparedness for project implementation
  • Partner with the larger Airports Excellence and Cargo department to ensure consistency and efficient use of resource across the organization
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years prior experience in airport operations, project management, and/or cargo
  • Proven collaboration successes across a wide variety of projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability and willingness to travel

 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Previous project management experience with ability to lead, organize and prioritize projects
