                                       Digital Sales Manager- Toyota

 

Job Purpose:  

To drive the achievement of set volume, units (new) through E-Com/Web & Telephone Leads. Closing deals effectively and maximizing finance and insurance products, whilst consistently delivering a seamless customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive branch performance to achieve:
  1. Monthly unit (new) volume sales
  2. Accessory and SMC sales
  3. Income Per Retail Unit (IPRU) targets through F&I sales

 

  • Achieve branch efficiency and growth by continuously improving branch performance metrics using last year sales data as base line (eg: Customer engagement, conversion ratios, cancellation percentages, process improvements)
  • Work with Human Resources to ensure the team is always optimally staffed/resourced with qualified and efficient workforce
  • Mentor, coach, develop and engage team to consistently deliver expected business results
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Submit accurate daily/weekly forecasts based on analysis of actual market trends, sales conversions, bank approval TATs, invoices etc for Management reporting. 

 

Qualifications Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: 

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, management degree desirable
  • Written and spoken English is a must, Arabic is preferable

 

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in a sales and must have an automotive sales background

  • Strong analytical skills to track branch performance using daily dashboard
