What you'll do

  • Analyze and interpret program data to prepare and deliver overall program review to sponsors and stakeholders 
  • Responsible for partnering with leadership to prepare and deliver reporting, program metrics and presentations 
  • Conduct effective and efficient large room planning sessions to build program activities that require coordination with strong facilitation 
  • Develop and maintain pro-active and constructive relationship with stakeholders by demonstrating an understanding of the business, associated requirements and set expectations accordingly 
  • Proactively identify and develop/formulate solutions for managing dependencies, mitigating risks and resolving issues at program level 
  • Collaborate with business unit leads to prioritize work based on business value 
  • Act as escalation point to proactively resolve any reported issues that will have impact to the overall program timeline 
  • Promote visibility of OKRs and creation/priority/management of product group level initiatives. 
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective prioritization and execution alignment. 
  • Facilitate Product Owner Sync and Scrum of Scrums to foster intra-team collaboration, manage risks and dependencies, and create more autonomy in prioritization and planning. 
  • Contribute and engage with PO’s and TDM’s to scale, inform and implement enterprise goals. 

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, project management or technical field or equivalent experience/training 
  • 4 years of experience leading enterprise level programs 
  • 4 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience, delivering complex technology solutions 
  • Experience working in Agile teams  

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Proactive, organized, accurate, fast and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, planning and time management skills 
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (PPT, Excel) of products 
  • Experience with using mural etc 
  • Data visualization experience (Pivot Tables, Tableau, etc.) 
  • Experience delivering value within a product model and grounded in Agile/DevOps practices. 
  • Self-directed, confident, and desires working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Skilled and comfortable handling multiple initiatives simultaneously 
  • Ability to handle coordination efforts between multiple teams and vendors; internal and remote 
  • Detail oriented with an ability to see the big picture 
  • Strong planning, analytical and organizational capabilities 
  • Ability to work well in team environment and build relationships
