  • ​This job is a member of the Technical Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
  • ​Responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties and project support. Primary responsibility of this job will consist of proofing technical changes that are authored by Technical Document Specialists to ensure compliance.

What you'll do

  • ​Manages departmental self- audit program
  • Maintaining electronic library of technical documents, cataloging and physical processing of new materials to support the Tech Ops operation
  • Review and analyze technical maintenance data changes from Engineering, as well as revisions per established FAA guidelines and vendors/suppliers for Publications in assigned Engine, Component, Airframe and AA generated manuals
  • Establish and maintain access and passwords to electronic information resources for internal and external customers
  • Create and maintain standard reports and ad hoc queries in Excel
  • Schedule meetings when needed and manage calendars
  • Various administrative tasks and other projects as assigned
  • Retrieves, downloads, and prepares supplier pdf manuals for publication
  • Manages, documents, and generates statistical reports
  • Ability to type 40 WPM

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​High School Diploma or GED equivalency

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Must be proficient is using Adobe Pro, FileMaker Pro, SQL, SharePoint
  • Strong organizational, filing, and analytical skills
  • Deadline-oriented; customer-service focus; strong organization and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to handle high volume of data/numbers with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be a self-starter, reliable and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to prioritize multiple duties, and to work effectively under pressure, with good attitude, efficiency, patience, and tact
  • Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
  • Ability to assist on special projects and a willingness to learn and develop additional skills
  • Ability to pass FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
